For many years, I explored various resources to understand the complexities of change. Attending workshops, seminars, reading books, listening to tapes and MP3s, and watching videos, I sought to understand the true message behind the words.
As a result of my journey, I wrote "The Shift." This book aims to guide you through the transformation process that occurs when you crave change in your life. Keep in mind, however, that to embrace something new, you must first let go of the old.
