      These are among the first works Hubbard sold in the 1930s. Performed by a full cast, the pulp stories exhibit the social norms of the time as well as a level of high-adventure storytelling no longer seen today. The narrative of each story is delivered by a single narrator, while the dialogue is performed by a group of actors who deliver spirit to every speaking part, even when speech is merely grunts and moans. The stories are enhanced by sound effects such as guns and bombs, which bring the world to life.
