As revolution tears the city apart and battles rage on in the streets of Saga, new heroes are born, but they are not rebels or city guardsmen, simply the athletes on the field playing their games of distraction to a hopeless populace searching for peace amidst this warfare. Julian quickly becomes a symbol of this as those stuck in the middle of conflict embrace his sport. Thrust into a position uncomfortable to him, the lost and confused Julian tries to find some resolution for himself along with the truths about the lies and labyrinths of misdeeds in the city of Saga, hoping it will lead him to what he’s been searching for the most—Yumi.
