Mind Full and Growing

'Mind Full and Growing' is a poetry book about self reflection through the sometimes confusing and anxiety prone journey of childhood to adulthood. Its themes are often dichotomious but at the same time co-exist: fear with hope, sadness with joy, self loathing and self love, pain and healing, self doubt and confidence, anxiety and persistence, reluctance and eagerness.
