Sadie never thought she'd see Cash Lincoln again after he gave her a ride home from the library a few months ago. But when she takes her dog for a morning walk in an unfamiliar neighbourhood, there he is, all sweaty and annoying, and just as cute as she remembers. When he offers her air conditioning and a cold drink, she doesn't refuse.
And that's when things start to get weird again.
Before she knows it, she's in another bizarre scenario caused by the same strange magic that created a zombie horde in the library. This time, though, the problem is a dragon... and it seems intent on destroying the entire neighbourhood.
Sadie's life was never this imperilled before she met Cash. Something's going on. But she better figure it out fast... or they might both end up as crispy dragon snacks.
